Trans Megathread for the Week of 2024-10-07 to 2024-10-13 - ETR 600
The ETR 600 is a class of trains built by Alstom, and are used on the routes between Roma-Bolzano and Roma-Trieste. The train tilts, using Pendolino technology, allowing higher speeds to be maintained through corners without causing discomfort to passengers. The trains are operated by Trenitalia, originally under the Frecciargento (Silver Arrow) branding used for trains capable of travelling between 250 km/h and 285 km/h, In 2022 they were rebranded under Frecciarossa (Red Arrow) after the Frecciargento branding was retired.
The ETR 600 has also been adapted for use in China as the China Railway CRH5 Hexie. Initially 60 sets were ordered, of which nine were manufactured by Alstom and 51 by CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles. Since, another 80 sets have been created for a total of 140, operating across China's north from Beijing to Ürümqi.

Finished it, very sweet and tender honestly, could have had more of the cohabitation that we got in the end, but it's fine. Loved all the characters except that one fuck that got thrown in the water, but that was beautiful

mood fr fr, a lot of fanfiction that does go into this become meh after they get to that part. I'm guessing it's harder to write in a way that will keep people interested?
Skill issue, surely
It is still a story so there needs to be some conflict, like it could be about your finals or some shit at work or something. Just reading about them doing things could still be good, but I've never seen it done in a way that has kept my interest

There aren't even really many narrative conflicts that are locked off by cohabiting tbh. We need more from our beautiful strong writers........

A lot of video game romances are fun for this, they basically do the easy thing so the fan fic writers have two choices - Write the whole thing again with internal monologues or from the perspective of the npc getting rizzed OR and this is the better one, they continue the story and keep the relationship intact. These are usually the better ones, and also harder since they have to make up new shit instead of treading the same trodden path
