I'm not sure if I would want to deviate from my current training plan, i'm squatting twice a week and that's about as much as I can recover from, but I love the idea of something like this on Lemmy. Or a seasonal bulk party?
I like the concept of a month-long squat fitness challenge but I personally don't jive with the notion of having to follow two Instagram accounts daily to get the next day's program description. My life requires a bit more advance notice than that.
My lower back can't handle the volume. I've had to set up my program with at least one rest day between heavy back exercises like squats, deadlifts, RDL, etc...
Oh damn, I didn't even know this was a thing!! I wish I would have known. I just started a 100 rep squat thing that I do every day for the next 100 days, but I def would have started that at the beginning of the month if I had known this!
