  • My lower back can't handle the volume. I've had to set up my program with at least one rest day between heavy back exercises like squats, deadlifts, RDL, etc...

  • Oh damn, I didn't even know this was a thing!! I wish I would have known. I just started a 100 rep squat thing that I do every day for the next 100 days, but I def would have started that at the beginning of the month if I had known this!
