I used to volunteer at the animal shelter, a long time ago, way before I figured out I was a woman.

There were dogs that had "reactive to men" on their cages. I'd still approach em, hang out in the cage, take em for walks. I always laughed that they accepted me and not "other men" but now I gotta wonder if they didn't just know before I did lol.
