They will just arrest whoever sent it for distributing it.

  People can take two things away at once. Indiana is just as corrupt as ever (but in this fun new flavour!) and the reason you use USPS over another carrier is that USPS has federal protections and UPS/FedEx have none of those (and also they are bootlicking scum)

- It is not illegal to send money by mail and there are legitimate reasons to do so. This is a blatant money grab by a corrupt government.
- I don’t agree with this civil forfeiture either, but what are you actually able to do about it?
  Well yeah that's part of why cops are far worse than burglars.
- This is not garnish because it went to the police department. Garnished wage goes to the debt payment
- What debts are you talking about? Do you think that these people owed money?
  
  Disclaimer: I don't agree with this person.
  But they're aluding to the fact that one of the main reasons people don't use banks is because they owe someone money and their bank accounts are able to be garnished. The only sure fire way to keep your money from being garnished is to keep it as physical cash.
