This is a cover of a JJ Cale song, his album "Naturally" is amazing and definitely worth checking out.
Edit- you'll also find "Call me the Breeze" and "After Midnight" on here. I can't recommend it enough.

This album came out my freshman year of high school. My sophomore year it got regular play in my drafting class. The entire album is exceptional.
