Indiana Democratic candidate for governor releases plan for legalizing marijuana
Jennifer McCormick's plan calls for allowing Hoosiers to use marijuana for medical use, as well as a pathway toward full adult-use legalization.
Next door in Ohio we taxed the shit out of our weed and now nobody is buying any. We just go up to Michigan for it.

Recreational marijuana sales in Ohio surpassed $50 million in the month since adults could start buying cannabis, according to new state data.

1 0 ReplyNot just that, but the taxes are actually lower in Ohio (15.75%) than Michigan (16%). Both have a 10% cannabis tax, but Ohio has a slightly lower sales tax.
Both are significantly lower than Illinois though.
2 0 ReplyThank you for the correction. I'm just going on what those around me have been saying. It is very expensive though.
