People with enough body dysmorphia to want to look like a freak but not enough to work out four hours a day and shoot $1500 of steroids into their ass weekly sometimes inject synthol into their muscles.
It gives okay results initially but when you do it too much it looks like that.
Chances are at some point he'll give himself a massive infection and die.

Even worse is, synthol can cause necrosis, thus losing your arms.
