yeah no kidding. I'm not even a huge HoD fan but RoP would need to up the quality significantly in season 2 to catch up.
I didn't realize they were competing. What is this bullshit? Did the algorithm say this headline would drive up engagement?

HoD is good, it's just not nearly what peak Game of Thrones was. It's a large shadow to live under.
Deliciously so. I love them both, flaws and all.
Some enjoy one but not the other.
Both shows have their faults. I watch both, Ring for the production value and House for the better writing.
House really dragged on in most of season 2 but ended good. Season 1 of Ring fell on it's face with the whole "twist" ending that could only have surprised a Labrador with ADHD.
I thought people liked House Of The Dragon up until halfway through the second season.
I have never watched any of the house of the dragon series or the previous show. I have watched some of the rings of power and enjoyed what I saw.
I liked it better than most did. It was okay enough, but it was buildup with no payoff. I don't generally accept edging from my TV series, but I knew this one was coming back for a second season.
