  • I feel like this and I haven’t even hit 30 yet. I’m gonna be a pile of dust when I actually get there 💀

    • Starting today, start a habit of stretching your whole body once per day. Takes like 5 minutes, easy to squeeze in while your coffee is brewing. I started doing this a couple years ago and the difference is astounding. Even if the short-term benefit isn't as dramatic for you, your 50-year-old self will thank you.

    • In 10 years, the worst will start.

      And that's even before you need to get fingered in the ass by a doctor once a year.
