Seattle has been crowned the smartest city in the United States, but what factors determined this?

Miami is #2? Suddenly I question the entire methodology here...

- The scores are probably relative to the rest of the state. Do you remember the smartest man alive in Idiocracy? Similar conditions to that..
  
  For real though... There are usually tech clusters around fiber connections into the U.S. so that is likely a major contributor. (I have been to Akamai's NOC/SOC in Miami, actually.)
- I think there's a lot of fintech in Florida. PwC for instance.
- I mean it’s 100% the smartest part of Florida but that is a really low bar to clear

  Seattle Metro I could see... Microsoft, Nintendo, Boeing, Amazon, lots of smart people there.
Austin would have been higher on the list, but but Elon Musk and Joe Rogan recently moved there.
