He was charged with "suspicion of DWI" and the timeline to when he was known to be at home washing his car and being arrested was 1 hour.

DWI accusation aside (innocent until proven guilty and all that) there is ZERO fucking reason someone should be beaten and die in police custody. They aren't judge, jury, and executioner. So yes, ACAB.
