  There is no alternative course of action. If you're expecting him to resign before November, don't hold your breath. At the end of the day they won't impeach but if you don't air the dirty laundry, what good is having the majority?

He is going to refuse to cooperate with the special counsel, claiming they have no grounds to oversee his actions.
Merrick Garland definitely doesn’t have the courage to do this, and it’s entirely up to him.
Of course with the power Thomas just gave him, Biden could order the Justice Department to open an investigation without a special counsel, but he clearly won’t do that. Same lack of courage.
We sure do have a courage deficiency in the Democratic Party, and it will be our downfall.
Ahhh, yes, sadly another dead end for actual justice.
