She's not human. Her mental age is obviously tied to her mass. Her chronological age is irrelevant to the character.

Anyways, luckily Finn was sort of over her at that time. He thought he has a shot when she was ”a teen” before, but she wasn't actually that young at all. Probably would have messed him up more thinking about that.
