More importantly, that's really not a promise a president can make.
- Well, you also need to elect a Democratic Congress. Not that that will stop the Supreme Court from striking down anything Congress tries to pass. Especially since the constitution means shit to them.
  
  Democrats love this situation because it allows them to make nice sounding promises that they never have to be held accountable for. If Biden can't follow through, then this is called deception and lies.
- Biden can and does make promises like this that he's clearly unable and unwilling to keep, all the time. That's like, his main thing.
  
  He's just waiting for the Supreme Court to legalise murder if the President orders it, then he'll murder all conservative justices.
I love having to choose between someone who vaguely tolerates my existence out of convenience (but does nothing to stop those threatening said existence) and someone who amplifies the voices of people who want me dead.
