My favorite thing to do is borrow traditional clothes from climates similar to mine. Most mexican ranch clothes is great for the heat but good for the cold. But then I found a Keffiyeh and it’s used in very wide temperature range desert. Is perfect for the mornings and late in the day since you can cover more of your head.

Edited: In my view, I thought if ye're near a vineyard, getting the grapes there should be cheaper
