Organic Maps migrates to Forgejo due to GitHub account blocked by Microsoft.

I'm not sure if deleting the account on github would be the best option. They could use it as mirror and link to the forgejo instance where active development takes place.

a contributor made a push from a sanctioned region is what i saw. not even a main dev, and they didn't receive any warning is my understanding. i might be way off, i'm not a final source
