It's a damn shame that the games that really get me hyped nowadays are remakes...
I don't understand why devs ditched physics and... fun in favour of big worlds with repetitive content.
Why does a Spider-Man game back on PS5 have better physics than the one on PS5? Granted, SM2 PS5 looks promising, but still. Why does Journey have better sand physics than the blockbuster Atlas Fallen? A big open world game in the desert... I hate the lack of aliveness in todays games. There's a lot of attention put into graphics, but that's overrated imho
I think it’s just the trend with the AAA titles. This is my more people are playing smaller indie titles now and pick and choose only the highly rated games because it all homogeneous now
