Literally half of all players on TF2 are LGBT. I've been playing TF2 about 20 hours in the last 2 weeks and I have YET to see a non-trans medic.
They all have Mediguns labeled "Estrogen Dispenser" or other such trans references.

Hmm when I played tf2 I mained medic
I just like helping people
I did too but only because the Crusader's Crossbow can destroy cocky snipers in long range and most classes at medium.
