Are those disks standardized, so each one is always 50 pounds? (I assume 5 pounds for the pole)
7 2 ReplyUsually 45 lbs per plate, and 45 lbs for the bar.
34 1 ReplyActually since they are red, usually means they are actually 55 lbs not 45. So in theory she's probably lookin at 485..
24 1 Reply55lbs per red plate. 4 on each side, then 45 for the bar. Girls lifting 485!
5 0 ReplyPlus that extra plate on her right side
2 1 ReplyThat's just the side of the end plate, not a different plate

Standardized red plates are always 25kg. In IWF, IPF and even USPA. Crossfit in the US uses pounds, but even there red is 55lb. So four slabs = 220kg.
14 0 ReplyIn reality, size wise, thise are closer to 25lb plates. The 45lb plates are like 16" diameter
7 1 ReplyTrue. She is only cranking out what 295? She needs to get some protein shakes going.
11 0 ReplyIs there any way to tap those shakes directly to an IV? This weakness i am, I should do something about it.

4 1 ReplyIf it follows the international standard it’s 20kg for the bar and 25kg for a red plate.
