Ireland introduced a postal code system a few years back called EirCode. It's pretty great actually but the official site does have a per day limit.

I'm honestly surprised to see it referenced here.

In Ireland we have a postal code system, but there's a limit on how many times you can search for them on the official website.

Seems like they had a restriction on the number of searches for something and they found a bypass.
