I have so many of these that I'm either going to have to start paying for cloud storage or self-host a solution because I'm sure as hell not deleting them.

I would advocate to self host. Buy a 2tb hard drive and stick it in your desktop computer.
There are m.2 data ssds that are basically fancy usb sticks.
There are external hard drives that plug into usb.
