I track everything private and professional on Notion.

I have dedicated databases for

• tasks, divided by type (reminders, activities, chores), by domain (job, household, politics, writing etc etc), by client, by status
• calls and meetings I have to set up
• credits and debits I have open
• classes and workshops I'm hosting
