I track everything private and professional on Notion.
I have dedicated databases for
- tasks, divided by type (reminders, activities, chores), by domain (job, household, politics, writing etc etc), by client, by status
- calls and meetings I have to set up
- credits and debits I have open
- classes and workshops I'm hosting
