CLM - sounds like @FlyingSquid@lemmy.world needs to understand the tools a bit more given how active they are.
FlyingSquid needs to be booted from everything they mod.
FlyingSquid is a pathetic human being, who seems to have little else in their life than banning anyone they disagree with. So, just a reddit mod. Question is, why would Lemmy have a chance to grow if it insists on having the same shitty structure as reddit, only with a fraction of a fraction of content that's available on reddit.
Most of Lemmy.World is ran by Liberal Zionists who ban anyone that clashes with their world view.
It's not a FlyingSquid problem, all of their major communities suffer from these power tripping bastards.
Anyone who uses the word liberal as something negative immediately loses my respect.
Ban happy power trippers are not very liberal by any meaning of the word. The word is being actively tainted, intentionally, especially here or Lemmy, because authoritarians take issue with it. So it's being used as a synonym for weak, hypocritical, naive and ignorant.
Israel is not a liberal state. It is an apartheid state, a deeply authoritarian militant regime. But you don't actually take issue with the authoritarianism. You do, however, take great issue with the gay little city of Tel Aviv being allowed to be what it is in the middle of the pointless war.
To be clear on what I think of Israel and Palestine, I think they are undeterrable and I don't care to see more failed attempts at deterring them. They both deserve a cold shoulder from the rest of the world. If we can save out some who really want no part of it anymore, sure. But the rest can fight until they figure out which god is strongest for all I care, including the surrounding countries with a stake in it. They're religious zealots of the worst variety, they deserve nothing when they commit to such a mindset.
If Israel falls because they became like their last oppressor and lost their allies, I would think it appropriate.
Liberal-Zionism is a branch of Zionism where people pretend to embrace Western values but actually only care about those values when they can be used to demonize brown people. This primarily consists of pretending it's a "civilized democracy" which has the right to exist. Which is what Lemmy.World mods believe.

Palestinians were invaded by an ethnosurpremacy, ethnically cleansed from their land and are now Genocided. Apartheid is not a both-sides thing. This is like both-sidesing Apartheid South Africa.
Palestinians sold their land to Jews then got upset when Jews moved into the land. Then they robbed and pillaged those Jews who had been struggling to bring water to their land and struggling to farm it. Palestine Arabs had always pillaged those Jews who moved there from Russia where they were being raped and murdered. Insert ethnosurprmeacy and ethnical cleansing BS here.
