Honestly it was working, Biden would not have galvanized people to actually read that shit and make it a real threat. It really felt like the Democrats were just gonna let Republicans do whatever they want again like always. Then Harris came in and declared the emperor had no clothes and it's releasing a ton of pent up resentment for Trump from both sides.
