I was concerned that the house looked too fancy and maybe Walz is rich, but it turns out that it's a Governor's House and thus a state-owned property that he's allowed to live in. He's actually no longer living there, and now renting a home. His net worth is estimated to be around $150k.
Wow that's less than my net worth, if you count pokemon cards.
But did they count Tim's pokemon cards?
