  The weird thing is, my "view votes" on that post is showing an upvote.
  Most be some kind of federation issue - if I had to guess, you get an automatic upvote when you post (which federates) but if you then change it, this may not.
  
  That kinda throws off the whole upvote history thing, at least for someone’s own posts.
  I'm bit sure it is a big deal as it isn't treated as seriously as it us on Reddit. It'll be correct on your home Instance which is the canonical record.
  Is that page you’re linking a mod only thing or can anyone access it?
  It has only just popped up as an option in a post's menu, I am unsure who can see it (might be an Admin thing). I'll check.

  Communities trying to have alternate meanings for upvotes/downvotes must keep in mind that people scrolling posts across communities won't generally notice the community and if they do they won't read the rules and will vote however they want. Trying to force them to follow some silly community specific process is tilting at windmills and bitching about it is embarrassing.
