OBVIOUSLY it's so that next time there's a SCHOOL SHOOTING they can rock up in STYLE while they wait for the Shooter to run out of Bullets or Bodies whichever happens first!
After they take 40 minutes to go a 5 minute drive in this thing... Next time the excuse will be, "our equipment wasn't there yet!"
