Normal in behavior, normal in speech, normal in appearance, yes i mean all of these things when i say normal. If someone seems normal to you, you do not know if they have had weed or not. Considering the huge percentage of people that do use weed, the odds are pretty high at least some of the ones you consider to be normal have had weed in some form.

I know people who lived in states where it wasn't legal, and would drive 2.5 hours to get it. But, I also know people who had professional jobs and managed large teams who smoke regularly and are very responsible. Your argument makes no sense.
It's almost like everybody is different and you are extrapolating information you think applies to everyone when it doesn't.
