Also, during prohibition, the US government knowingly poisoned alcohol with the intent of harming people that drank illegally manufactured booze.
I thought the poisoned alcohol during prohition was proven as true.
Maybe not...
It isn't ambiguous that it happened. The question is what was the motivation. I'm saying they knew they were killing people and did it anyway.
