I hate to sound like a Grinch but I'll be glad when Xmas is over. Now that I'm not working I've got plenty of time to feel how stressed out I am.
I have to admit, I feel like a bit of a ping pong. I’ve got unexpected time off, but I don’t know how to relax into a “time-off” mode.
There is always something to do. Even if I’m not doing something, my brain is.
Im exactly the same.
I hate how everything is up in the air, busy and then closed. It’s a really disruptive time of year
