It's great hot, and it's great cold. What's not to love? It's quite cheap to make, although not so cheap to have delivered, and it's one of those meals you can make that uses up leftovers well.
People who reheat pizza in a microwave will be first against the wall when I am king.
The last bit is what truly turned me. Pizza in the toaster oven/air fryer is absolutely choice.
Honestly I like the method where you put it in a dry, preheated pan on the stove, add a bit of water and lid. Results in a crispy crust and melty cheese if executed correctly. The only downside is it is less idiot proof than using an oven.
Regular oven too. Just put the pizza in a cold oven, turn it to 350, take it out after 20 minutes.
No. Put it in a hot, 550 degree oven for 5 minutes or less.
My oven could only dream of getting to 550. and putting it in hot overcooks the bottom. The crust is done. You need to be gentle or you dry it out too much.
Long exposure dries it out; a quick blast is best.
Not of it never gets beyond warm. I've been alive for 40 fucking years and have been reheating pizza for most of it. You're just wrong. It's ok. You'll get over it.
