I learned today that on youtube you can have a video repeat if it's in a playlist, it's about time they added that but it's still dumb it has to be in a playlist first.

It wasn't always there. You used to have to double right click for it. idk when they changed it but I'm glad they did

I only ever needed to single right click; could it be dependent on OS or browser?

This change happened years ago and I don't think looping is hidden anymore, on any platform.
Back in the day we used to have websites dedicated to looping YouTube videos because the functionality was so obscure.
