EXCUSE ME? The Packers are the only publicly-owned NFL team, which is grandfathered in past a rule banning other teams from having more than a few owners. This is why they are the most successful franchise with the most loyal fans - they always know the Packers will last at least as long as the state of Wisconsin. There will never be a San Antonio Packers.
