Sleep Paralysis -- A True Horror Experience
If you never heard of sleep paralysis or never experienced, then it's about time.
Sleep Paralysis occurs when you don't sleep well, or have different disorders that clash with sleeping, mainly happens when you sleep on the back.
It is common and not rare, it happens almost to every person.
I never experienced it myself, at least I don't remember.
My friends have told me very scary stories that they have experienced during their sleep time.
One of my friends said: I couldn't move, I felt pressure on my chest and couldn't move my body, I could only open my eyes and move them while my body was still asleep, I woke up paralyzed. (It lasts for a few minutes and then you wake up)
