  • Sorry but what is the issue to solve for actually? I don't even understand why declining birth rates would be a problem in the first place? There would just be less people around no?

Edit: oh I read another comment further down that sounded off on a few issues with population drops. Seems complicated, so I'll have to do some research.

  • Check your reading comprehension is an unnecessary comment on someone's ability to read, rather than just engaging with the argument at hand. If you feel like someone didn't adequately address your point, you can say that without insulting their intelligence.

So check your comprehension of pig pooping on balls.

  • I definitely find games more enjoyable on my ADHD meds. Especially games with a lot of reading like discord Elysium. No shame in needing a bit of help to stay focused and engaged with some text.

Sometimes you just need a little boost to get going and then it's smooth sailing too.

  • House was completely filthy growing up. Parents too busy working and gave up even attempting to clean or teach me and my siblings how to be responsible. House covered in roaches until we moved when I was like 9. They are still colossal hoarders now, and even though they are retired, their "new" house is just as filthy, though I haven't seen a roach problem yet so that's a plus I guess.

Definitely made it impossible to bring over anyone other than my closest friends.

  • I was a teenage exocolonist. It's kind of like a life sim, where you're put on a remote planet to get away from an apocalyptic Earth and you grow up learning about the history and nature of humanity and colonization, while reckoning with your own impact on the planet that your people have escaped to. It's got some surprising depth to it.

  • These comrades above me got the right idea. I did this the other day and it's really not that bad. The hardest part is cleaning up the old shit. It can really be a pain on your wrists if you have sensitive ones like me so be careful to use good technique and take breaks so you don't strain yourself too bad.
