In case of house, there are singular front doors/curb/driveway/whatever. At least in Poland, there are apartment blocks with >10 staircases, each guard finite subset of apartments, like staircase 5 has apartments 65-81. Which apartment belongs to which starcase, you can learn only by going to the block, or knowing in advance.

I did not check HP's prices to Poland. Table lists 100 pages as 0.07EUR/page. Krakow, Poland, nearby printer shop takes ~0.02-0.07EUR per A4 page, and there is no subscription. Nor doing 100 pages.
