It means you were a bad person, most kids are, that's why we train them. You choose if you're a bad person today. I would suggest apologizing to those you wronged in ways that still affect them (prolonged bullying, stealing that significantly ruined a business, hitting that caused long term physical or emotional damage etc). An apology is more than just words, and it won't always make you feel better. This self reflection is good and healthy.
I live in the downtown of a small city with a relatively large homeless population.
Doug ford removed safe injection sites because a school for adults had a built in daycare nearby. I used to never see needles, now they are all over, including outside a for-children school that was outside the exclusion radius of the safe injection site.
Every couple months the police raid and shutdown the tent city (which is on an unused lot next to a train station), and there is always a crime surge as the people there are forced to steal the stuff they need to live again, oh and a bunch more needles. Each one of these raids costs multiple 10's of thousands of dollars, just so the ground can be empty useless land. Even if you absolutely despise homeless people this is a completely awful idea, it makes literally everyones life harder.
I talked with some friends in the same neighborhood, best as we could tell the person handling A-M names (e.g my wife) was really slow and the person for M-Z (e.g me) was quite quick.
Walked over with my dogs, my wife goes first while i wait outside and it takes 2 hours, had all kinds of extra verification steps and stuff. I go in, same length line, a volunteer looks at my voter card and has me skip the queue for some reason and I'm in and out in 5 minutes and they barely check anything but crossing my name off.
Yeah I hated all the time warp boss fights especially. I gave up on the game on the last trip back to the beginning area. I LOVED the side quests and general gameplay loop but whenever the main quest came up I was bored out of my mind. I think I would have enjoyed the game more if it was just a sandbox.
According to this and this vouching can be a thing for both eu and Riksdag elections.
40 dollars may not seem like a lot to you, but for a homeless person, that's quite a lot and they font have foxed addresses for mailing either. Homeless people deserve to vote.
I live in Canada, I can vote using my free government issued healthcard or I can bring a friend to vouch for me, or i can bring a student id and a bill. While most people probably vote with their drivers license or photo ID this enables people who are homeless, very old, or in my case in 2021, just moved. (Here's what's needed for the curious). You'll notice in that link there are special exemptions for people who live in long term care homes, for whom it is much more common to have no form of id.
People who don't have easy access to id are societies most vulnerable people and I think it is especially important that they have access to voting.
America does not have a free form of id (in most states anyway) and does not allow someone to vouch as a form of identification.
