How it works on paper is very different from how it actually works. There is no democracy in China. Even dictatorships have elections. That does not mean that the dictator has the consent of the governed.
I have witnessed this behaviour. A person opened a video in the Android YouTube app and immediately closed it when an ad started playing. Then opened the same video again, closed it, because ads. Opened it a third time and then let it play without ads.
Do your own ironing! It's quite easy. Heat the iron to the proper temperature. Not too hot. Use steam liberally. Use an ironing board and a sleave attachment. Turn your garment around so you can reach everywhere. Some creases are meant to be there. Make sure they are straight before ironing them.
Spotter drones for surveillance and artillery correction. More expensive sensors. Sometimes can deploy other drones.
Grenade dropper drones. They drop several types of grenades. Sometimes several of them. Can be reloaded&reused.
Loitering munitions, basically drone guided artillery munitions. Also there are smaller ones with just grenades. They explode on contact/command. Not reused.
They have been trying to avoid conscripting from Moscow and Saint Petersburg. But they are running out of able bodied men outside those regions.
There have been videos of men over 60 and men with health conditions that would preclude them from serving in a sane country. So I don't think they are that far off. Because when they start conscripting from M and SP they are seriously hurting their economy.
A former ice hockey magnate. Very much a boomer. People either like him or dislike him for his antics.
Currently driving through a change in policy that would disallow closing streets for construction. Which is a good thing because the city has been too lax in this regard.
Estimates that I've seen of Russia running out of equipment (tank, ifv, mlrs, etc.) range from 2025 to 2032.
Most probably in the 2027—2029 range. That said, they will most likely run out of mlrs first.
