Konami is no longer a video games company any more. They lost that title when they kicked Kojima out and decided to fully embrace pachinko games.

Japanese anime is learning too many of worst lessons from American media:

• One short season with a limited number of episodes, followed by a 2-5 year hiatus
• More popular than ever, yet 95% of it is crap
• Constantly chasing trends, like driving isekai into the dirt for the past ten years

Don't get me wrong, there's still a lot of good stuff out there, and some of these bad habits already existed. But, it's more pronounced now.
