Sounds a bit like when my teachers said I can turn in the whole staple of homework at the end of the semester...
And with machine code, you got to keep track of what's in the stack, CPU registers, ... to make a sense of what the code and the next branch command does. It's completely unalike processing human language. LLMs aren't really set up to do it.
With the minute difference that we actually have salvation to offer, and it's not just some scam or a made up product... 😆
Seems the Admin took some action over at the community and banned them for: sockpuppet account, disposable email, vote manipulation, ban evasion
If anything, this leads to more control, more tracking to enforce bans and less privacy for everyone. And adds toxicity. So my final verdict is: No. This takes away privacy.
Ja, sollen sie mal machen. Das war allerdings auch ein Grund warum ich sie nicht gewählt habe. So wie für viele andere Menschen auch. Letztendlich kann man das bestimmt irgendwie schönreden, wenn man sagt man bedient einfach die Nachfrage (oder so).
Also ich weiß halt nicht in wie fern sich im Kern etwas geändert hat. Davor haben die Leute auch so Sachen gesagt. Nur halt hinter vorgehaltener Hand und am Stammtisch.
Ich glaube der Knackpunkt ist, dass das ein ungleiches Spiel ist. Einfache (und falsche) Wahrheiten verkaufen, Stimmung machen und Populismus ist ungleich einfacher, als Sachzusammenhänge benennen, Probleme angehen, gerade auch in einer komplexen Welt mit viel Nuancen.
Aber ja, ein wenig mehr Zuckerbrot und Peitsche ist vielleicht ganz hilfreich.
Ja, der Merz findet auch noch ganz andere schlimme Sachen toll. Aber wir wollen mal sehen. Die sind ja nicht ganz alleine. Und ich denke die ganzen Untersuchungen der AfD und amtliche Feststellung, dass das Nazis sind, dient jetzt auch dazu den Weg zu ebnen und damit haben sie das Ass schonmal im Ärmel, falls sie die AfD verbieten wollen. Ich denke es ist ohnehin noch zu früh um jetzt die Details für die nächste Wahl auszuklüngeln. Jetzt muss man erstmal sehen und in 2 Jahren mal überlegen. Vielleicht gehen wir auch zwischendurch weiterhin gegen Nazis demonstrieren.

Denke ich auch. Der Artikel ging nur auf die Spezifika von Kuh-Fleisch ein. Aber ich denke bei 10€+ müssen die Dönermänner und -frauen sich aber vielleicht schon überlegen wie sie etwas verkaufen wollen. Ich fänd es sowieso theoretisch ganz nett, wenn Fleisch nicht zu billig ist. Und das scheinen wir ja jetzt hier zu haben. Aber damit der "Markt regelt", müsste dann schon das Kichererbsenangebot günstiger sein. Naja. Ich habe sehr lange keinen Döner mehr gegessen. Ich schau heute Nachmittag mal auf die Preistafel.
Nice that you were able to fix it. I think writing systemd unit files is a super useful skill. And systemd is a powerful tool. With the dozens of different things it can do and monitor for you.
I usually give each separate service its own user account. So teamspeak would get a teamspeak user and group and I'd write a system unit file to start it as User=teamspeak and Group=teamspeak. That's also what you'll find in most tutorials. But you can do it your way (as a user service), too. Whichever makes it easier to maintain and administer the stuff. I guess with the user sessions, you'd have to log in with that user(?) and the way I do it, everything runs completely unattended at system start and I never log in with those user accounts.
You don't need to write any Before= or After= directives, unless you want to set up or tear down some environment for these services. Maybe have a look at an example for a service file for teamspeak, the arch wiki says there is some example out there. I don't use it myself, as it's not Free Software, but good luck convincing your friends to switch to Mumble😅

Wird denen auch kaum etwas anderes übrigbleiben, wenn wir nicht in 4 Jahren von der AfD regiert werden wollen. Ich glaube allerdings, die Leute die die wählen sind dann immer noch da, so wie der großteil vom eigentlichen Problem.

I don't see the point. We could go some more through the comicstrips community and the modlog and puzzle the pieces back together... But I really don't see what kind of privacy this offers. I mean this strange behaviour kind if draws more attention, not less... Maybe they'd like to chime in to tell us.
Could also be a person with behavioural pecularities, or they're high on drugs.
I think as written, I'd say these words are more FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt)
And I've been running servers for quite some time as well. SearXNG seems rock solid. And it's tested. And when I had security issues in general, it was because we didn't do timely updates. I haven't really ever been affected by zero days in my hobby linux endeavours. Okay, we had a few nasty things in some more fundamental building blocks and sometimes people using slower distributions had been fine... But I don't think it applies here. With these kinds of things, the latest stable release is your best bet. Not a previous version with bugs in it, which have been fixed since. And especially not an unmaintained project.
I see. What an asshole. It'd be best if you brought that up with the sh.itjust.works admins. Maybe they would like to ban them for stalking people, ban-evasion or whatever. And/or !fediverselore@lemmy.ca if you want more attention and drama.

I highly doubt this kind of behaviour makes Lemmy a better place. We have other places for these kinds of things linke anonymous imageboards.
Why do you link to a link to an article and not the article itself? And what's this about? An alternative to an android app being a desktop computer file explorer? I'm sorry for being negative. But I think for something to count as an alternative, it at least needs to work on a similar device category.
Maybe describe it as a network with shared posts and userbase?
They're likely referring to the sentences outlining the differences between searx and SearXNG in searX README (archived Github repo). I think it was about some feature to report bugs to the project. And NG having a faster pace of development.
Hmmh, always the same thing. On release, it's just an announcement with a promise to open "key components" sometime. I'll add this to the list of bookmarks to revisit at a later date. I wish they'd just get it ready and only then publish things.
