I’m reading this as not only have many people apparently received this offense but enough of them have tried to use it as an excuse to get out of jury duty that they had to add it to the list of non-excusable offenses.

Not as good as not giving Google money but if you use a VPN and set your country to India or Argentina you can get premium for roughly $2/month

Fun fact this was how Apple originally envisioned all apps would work on the iPhone.
