Ah yes, the halceon days of non-stop pop-up ads and malware taskbars. /s
Not to mention that everything they mentioned was absolutely started to become what it is today. Nothing changed, they just progressed their plans over 20 years. Pretending it was all started with benevolent intentions is naive at best.
Lol. You're not being "critical" by calling the season garbage, you're just throwing a fit. Actual critique includes both the good and the bad, objectively. I.e. - not letting disappointment overshadow everything else, and definitely not wishing ill of the people involved.
*Also worth pointing out the incredible hypocrisy of saying the over-the-top raging is totally fine, but anyone criticizing that is a step to far. Sure thing, bud.
You're not crazy. It wasn't as bad as everyone says, it just wasn't as good as earlier seasons. The people freaking out about it were either far too wrapped up in a tv show, or just get off on hating things.
The good news is, they were fired from that next job for the terrible job they did on 8.
It's wild how vindictive people can be over a tv show. It wasn't perfect? Oh well. Just deal with it and move on. It's not worth harboring hate and resentment for those involved forever after.
That's nice to hear. Alan Wake 2 was a great game and gorgeous, but even after upgrading my gpu, it was a pain trying to get it to run even sort of smoothly. A bit over ambitous, methinks.
Control, otoh, ran great when it came out and still runs great, all while looking great as well. Going back to whatever strategy worked their seems like a good idea.
I managed to avoid any news or leaks, so the regeneration was a shock to me. Pretty sad to see. I was looking forward to another season of more Ncuti.
The episode itself was...fine. Not a huge fan of full on laser gun fights in the show, particularly in the hands of The Doctor, so that was a bit off putting. That said, Poppy was cute af, and it was great to see Jodi again. The lines just before she left were super sweet. And even though I was saddened by the surprise of it, it felt like a proper goodbye for 15, which was nice. Curious to see what happens now. It feels unlikely to me that Billie will be The Doctor, but I don't think I'd hate it if that's the route they take.
Now I just have to forget the show exists as it takes one of its typical, interminably long hiatuses.
Played the demo for this ages ago and have been waiting for a full release. Not sure how it's changed over the years, but it was an interesting demo at the time.
Mate, how do you play any games if 500mb takes too much time?
