  • I'm not even sure they are hitting civilians on purpose, but they're definitely not taking enough care to avoid it. I mean, it's not like they value Israeli lives as +1 and Palestinian lives as -1, it just seems more they they value Palestinian lives as +0.1, or possibly just 0.
