  • In other news, Optus has sharply increased prices across the board. All other telcos have followed suit.

No officials from any of the companies would comment, however, an unnamed source said "Well, those clowns in the Senate mentioned about us having to pay for an outage, and we all know that's going to happen sometime, so it's a perfect excuse to jack prices up straight away. We're gonna get huge bonuses this year!".

Some of the general statements he made, then provided a bunch of topics behind it as the rationale, each of which was clearly going to be disputed and could be debated for 2 hours alone, was pretty laughable....

The Alt-Right Playbook: Why Don't You Respond to Criticism?
  • I didn't notice the Alt-Right ness of this.

I've seen this type of generalized, vague, start again questioning across many forums and platforms since forever.

The best approach is to simply go more generalized and vague than their question.

So, if somebody says "Why don't you respond to criticism?", just give them a one word question back, like "What?", "Huh?", or the minimalist "?". Maybe even better imply it's already been addressed with "Addressed above", "See above", or "See previous discussion".

Do not get more specific. Be more vague.

  • I'm confused. You were watching the movie on safari browser? Or watching TV while using a phone? What app or website were you watching the movie on?

What devices were involved? What device 'heard' you? What device or app/website fed you the 'heard topics' ads?

Cheese and spinach quiche aka quiche florentine?

Pretty much anything mexican you can use beans instead of mince meat. So that allows tacos, burritos, nachos etc.... Fibre in beans is very filling.

Anything that has mince meat is a bean substitute possibility. I've never tried it, but bean lasagne or pasta should be good. I feel like bean sausage rolls, or bean pies should be capable of being good too. Baked beans on toast done fancy lol

Asian vegie gyozu, spring roll, dumplings etc all great too. Maybe not so filling, but you can always make up with quantity!

I use old.reddit.com, and had trouble logging in from there today. "Too many redirects". I also use the Redirect to old.reddit.com extension. When I disabled that, the login link it now takes you to is https://www.reddit.com/login/. That, of course, takes you to www.reddit.com.

The old 'popup' login box has been removed. I also noticed that the in sub logins where they used to have username/password entry boxes have been removed.

More reddit enshitification to try and make us use their horrible UI.

    Best Tomato Sauce/Ketchup?

Ok I have a confession to make. I often don't put tomato sauce on things that are expected required by Aussies to have tomato sauce. It's a shameful thing, and I don't want to talk about that.

But, sometimes I must have tomato sauce. The bottle is almost empty, and after upgrading my BBQ sauce and Mayo, surely there is a great bang for the buck tomato sauce.

Choice rated Community Co A Squeeze of Tomato Sauce, available from IGA, as number 1 in 2019 from a list of over 20 tomato sauces/ketchups.

Anyone tried this and can give me a recommendation and reasons on why I should try something else over this?

Ima have to apologise in advance for being a questioning beotch that expects a reference to a scientific study for every statement...after quoting Choice 🤣

Australia will carry a 2-1 lead into the final Test of the Ashes series in England, meaning they have retained the Urn on the back of a drawn fourth game at Old Trafford with a little help from the rain that washed out day five.
