The majority of U.S. citizens allowed Trump to happen. 1/3 voted for him, 1/3 didn't give a shit enough to get off their ass and vote.

A belief system that we are better than everyone else

I agree with much of what you've said, but I honestly think this is one point that is behind the downfall. America is basically apathy and hubris - no need to do anything because "we're #1".

Even though personally people are suffering, Americans still don't do anything in a large scale to fix the situation and actively vote against their interests.

I think the only thing that will save the US is what is happening now, things get REALLY bad, and hopefully a rebellion that rises up and cuts out the rot.

It's real. The US is on an extreme downward spiral and MAGA plays violin whilst the country burns.

The weird thing is I think we all knew the USA was doomed but I personally didn't expect to see the downfall in my lifetime and not on a speedrun like it is now. Crazy times

Tesla has had a couple of free promotions. There was a bump after the whitehouse turned into a car lot. Those slipped back a day or two later. Now we have a new Trump related promotion, which will swing it up for a day or two, but it will fall back down.

The company is failing in sales. No one wants a car that is going to get thrashed and spray painted. There was a massive recall of almost all Cyberfucks. No one is going to buy and hold Tesla stocks now. It's toxic.

Put a door on the Canadian side, make the space the new LGBTQ+ dance club

Fill our side with barbed wire and snakes

Someone needs to put that bug in his ear. I'd love to see Musk and his girlfriend Trump break that business.
