Im not saying that. Its the wealth inequality that stunts society. People don't have the resources to make decisions based on whats best and have to deal with what they can afford. Lack of infrastructure and regulators results in more pollution.
What gets me to is retirement is disappearing but even the way we did it was a bit wierd. 40 hours to zero. Its sorta happening with retirees needing to get part time jobs but folks should be able to work in their field less. How about rather than retirement age in the upper sixties we start the process at 55 and have people reduce the hours they put in by half a day a year. Stick around to offload and train and such and by the end your mostly there as a resource to pull from.
Every time? Im not sure if there are any and im not sure if I could even point to a whole album for a once in awhile. Usually its a particular song. One thing I hate with digital music subscriptions is you usually get some sort of remaster and some of the albums were very well crafted and adding some songs ruins the feel of the thing.
I would say a return to what made them so great when osx came out. One person mentioned open standards which would be part of that but also that their machines were known for power and options as oppose to minimal designs. Lots of ports with strong processors and memory. Also apple care that pretty much was total coverage for three years. This is why I was a big mac fan in the aughts and went away from it in the teens. When the mac store responded to power cable fraying and usage and not just remediating it, when we could not plug into an external monitor without a dongle, when they dropped the cool server edition. The iphone was incredible as were smartphones in general but when they applied that to the whole ecosystem it was like not having a real laptop anymore.
You know im not big on real world anime drama stuff but I have to say this one and bunny-girl senpai have enough plot to keep my interest and I find them entertaining despite my fantasy fiction type of bias. This is opposed to like rent-a-girlfriend which is just sorta a mundane harem thing (or seems that way to me.)
EDITED - (this changed a bit while I replied but I don't like to delete things as I find it confusing later but needless thanks for expanding a bit and making it more clear that people did work for change and continue to)
who gave up? As far as the canidate in one primary we went forward but that was the start of a lot of momentum in primaries for progressive candidates. Every time I see something about giving up it feels so disingenuous to those who while working within the system still try to change it.
It was actually that my main reason for holding out was the idea that somewhere back in time there was some reason these religions came to be. It rested on the idea that people are not stupid and its not like someone makes up a bunch of shit and then a bunch more people just believe it and some of them run their whole lives around it.
Even the billionaires would be better off without billinaires. It their relative ranking was the same they would still have more money than they could spend but it would now come with clean air, water, land, better infrastructure, a healthier world, happier people to interact with.
Im ok with it in my city if it had two modifications. They must never be seperated from units and besides any vehicle also storage pods can be parked there. For example where I live bike parking is restricted. Im not really complaining about my own place as we at least got specific rulings to allow bike hangers to be allowed (but the number is limited) on top of having some community bike parking racks. Which is much better than other places. To many places only allow cars to be parked/stored in the parking space.
Not exactly like that but I don't drink very often but decide to before like state of the unions now.
