  • These are the first couple that pop into my head:

Uriah Heep - Demons and Wizards (mid 70's heavy, organ-laiden Prog Rock)

Rick Wakeman - The Myths and Legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table (mid 70's synthy synthy synthy Prog)

Villagers of Ioannina City - Age of Aquarius (Paganistic Greek Folk Prog)

Aphrodite's Child - 666 (the book of Revelation - Prog Style)

  • None of mine were on that list, so, in no particular order:
Pure Reason Revolution - Coming up to Consciousness
    Kosmodome - As Undas
    Mildlife - Chorus
    Luke Foster - Conundrum
    YIN YIN - Mount Matsu
    Anubis - The Unforgivable
Magick Brother & Mystic Sister - Tarot, Part 1
Airbag - The Century of the Self
God is an Astronaut - Embers
Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats - Nell' ora blu
Dele Sosimi - The Confluence LP
    Lady Blackbird - Slang Spirituals

Plus The Smile (x2!), Motorpsycho, Von Hertzen Brothers, Glass Beams, Telenova, Aaron Frazer, Khruangbin...
    its been a good year!!

  • The best thing you can do for artists is pirate everything (cutting out Spotify etc), and purchase an album a month from a band/artist you actually want to support. Buy direct for the artist, or Bandcamp (especially on Bandcamp Fridays)
