Personally, I'm of the opinion that all of Paul's letters should be considered non-canonical. He was just a dude who claimed to have found Jesus and then spoke for him, and because he was a Roman citizen, he could travel freely throughout the empire, so his version of Christianity was the first version most people heard of. His ideas carry far more weight than someone like Mary Magdalene, or most of the apostles. Which is just absurd to me.
So there was a lot of speculation about why he joined Trump's administration in the first place, a lot of people thought it was standard billionaire grift, a way to make money. Some people thought he was so vain and naive that he genuinely thought that he could fix the US economy. But some people wondered if it was just for attention and popularity.
And holy shit, looks like that last group was right. He thought being a politician would somehow make him popular with everybody. What a fragile ego he has, like, toddlers have more self-awareness and understanding than he does.
I have no idea what conservatives the world over act like this. It's like that here in Aus too. We had 9 years of the conservative coalition government running this country into the ground, and then 3 years of labor slowly reversing that trend, and all our conservatives conveniently forget that their own party put us in this state and just blame labor for it.

And why does every goddamn fantasy story have to take place in these pseudo-medieval times anyway? Because Tolkein had a hard-on for feudalism? Why not have a fantasy world set in like, an ancient bronze age/chacolithic sort of society? Where "civilisation" is only a few centuries old and magic itself is a kind of new thing as well? Or one where the technology has developed based on the fantasy elements? Don't need crop rotation when you can have druids replenish the soil, or proper coking furnaces when you have fire mages who can make extreme heat with a spell. Damn. Now I'm getting into the "magic as labour" thing again.
I think this may be a little overblown. "Gurus" offering the magic solution to teenage boys/young adults to get girls to notice them have been around for decades. A lot of these kids will grow out of it once they realise it doesn't actually work, and the "trick" is to just be understanding and empathetic.
That being said, I've got a friend in their early 20s and her dating experiences do seem to reflect this sort of thing, seems like at least 60% of guys on dating apps fall for this bullshit. Though it could be survivorship bias, they are gross creeps, so they don't get a girlfriend and thus remain on the app much longer than the guys who aren't total creeps.

They know they don't have a leg to stand on with this lawsuit. They also know that the Palworld devs do not have the money to fund an extremely expensive lawsuit and will most likely settle out of court. All the money they made from palworld has gone into lawyer's fees instead of future games, and they will probably end up shutting their doors as a studio because of this. Game Freak/Nintendo get to destroy the competition, which is what this is really about.
