"In Zhangzhuangcun, in the more thoroughly reformed north of the country, most "landlords" and "rich peasants" had lost all their land and often their lives or had fled. All formerly landless workers had received land, which eliminated this category altogether. As a result, "middling peasants," who now accounted for 90 percent of the village population, owned 90.8 percent of the land, as close to perfect equality as one could possibly hope for."
Even if Hamas were as evil and depraved as Israel likes to pretend they are, why would they keep using "human shields" when Israel has demonstrated repeatedly, and even said out loud, that they have no problem just... Shooting straight through those human shields? Even just from a purely pragmatic perspective, it's a silly argument.
Legitimately the best answer. Obviously only by accident but that was genuinely the best possible answer. I hate the dude but gotta give him props for that.
This is so true. My dad is a keen gardener and grows like, a dozen? Different fruits. When the figs are ripe they're my favourite. When the grapes are ripe, the muscatels are my favourite (the red seedless are pretty good but can't hold a candle to them). Loquats, in a good year, are my favourite fruit. Likewise plums, raspberries, and mandarins. Genuinely I think my favourite fruit is whatever's good (and that I like) right now.
I cannot see those two emojis as democrat and Republican because their faces are too British coded
