The legacy cartoon character is now set to be re-adapted into a feature film from Chernin Entertainment and King Features.

The DC heroes, which began as the teenaged sidekicks of their more famous and iconic counterparts, are getting their own live-action feature from the James Gunn and Peter Safran-led DC Studios.

The comic book movie division of Warner Bros. Discovery has tapped Ana Nogueira to pen the screenplay for the project. The hiring further ensconces the actress and playwright-turned scribe into the DC family as she is already writing Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow for the label.

One month following its theatrical release, “Madame Web” has been mad available to rent/purchase digitally online with the release coming ahead of a disc release on April 30th.

Matt Reeves’ The Batman 2 release date is moving by a whole year because of the fallout from the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.

After spending more than a decade in development hell, a remake of The Crow (watch it HERE) has made its way through production and is set to receive a theatrical release, courtesy of Lionsgate, on June 7th. With that date just three months away, a trio of first look images have arrived online to show us what It star Bill Skarsgard and singer FKA twigs look like as the new versions of goth rocker Eric Draven and the love of his life, Shelly. Either were all old enough to remember the originals and so the news is annoying or Hollywood is really out of ideas.

It's a film that no one really asked for, so it'll be interesting to see how it turns out.
